After migrating your account to our new BookWalker platform, you may have questions about the location of various bonus items you have acquired while purchasing products on BookWalker global. Rest assured, you will retain access to all bonus content after the migration, however depending on the type of bonus content, we have either not yet implemented or do not plan to implement a way to make use of this content on our new platform.
Bookshelf Skins
Our new platform does not have extensive “Bookshelf” system anymore that allows for theming/customization, therefore we do not make bookshelf skins available on the website or app. After successfully migrating your account, we will automatically send you an e-mail containing download links to your bookshelf skins. While we will do our best to continue hosting these files on our servers, we recommend downloading the images as soon as possible to ensure they are not lost.
Bonus Images/Files
We currently do not have a way of accessing bonus images or files on our website or app, so similar to bookshelf skins, we will send you an e-mail containing download links to all your bonuses after successful migration has occurred. While we will continue hosting these files on our servers during our platform’s operation lifetime, we recommend downloading the files as soon as possible.
Bonus stories
Any bonus readable content (novels, manga etc.) will be added to your library and will be readable like any other book.
