You can confirm whether you already have a BookWalker account in the following ways:

1. Check your email inbox

If you have received emails from a @bookwalker.com address (for example: noreply@bookwalker.com), you already have an account associated with that email address.

2. Try signing in on the new web store

If you have previously signed in to BookWalker — including via Google, Apple, Facebook, Discord, or other social login methods — your email address may already be registered.

Important: About Social Sign-In (SSO)

There are two ways an SSO login can be set up:
– If you originally created your account using Apple, Facebook, Google, Discord, etc., your SSO login is already linked.
– If you first created your account using an email address and password, you must link your SSO login to your existing account before you can use it.

If you attempt to sign in with an unlinked social account, you may see the following message:
“Email missing or invalid from social provider”

In this case, please sign in using your email address and password instead, and then link your social account from your account settings.

If you cannot sign in
If you are unable to log in due to a temporary login issue or app error, checking your email inbox is the most reliable way to confirm whether you have an account.
If you are still unsure, please contact Customer Support and provide the email address you believe may be registered.
