If you’re having trouble signing in with your Google, Apple, Facebook, X, Discord account, please check the following based on your device and login method.

・On a smartphone or tablet
1) If you are using Facebook login:
– Make sure the Facebook app is installed on your device.
– Confirm that you are signed in to the Facebook app.
– If you are logged out of the Facebook app, you will not be able to sign in to the BookWalker app using Facebook.

2) For other logins (such as Google or Apple):
– Make sure you are signed in to the correct account on your device.
– Check that login permissions are enabled.

・On a web browser
– Make sure you are signed in to the correct SNS account in your browser.
– Try logging out of the service and signing in again.
– If there is an issue with your account itself (for example, Facebook account restrictions), please contact the service provider directly.

・If the issue persists
– Try signing in using another login method (such as email and password).
– If you still cannot log in, please contact Customer Support with details about:
1. The SNS you are using
2. Your device and OS
3. Whether you are using the app or a web browser
