I can’t sign in to the new BookWalker store.

This may be because you have not migrated your old store’s account (global.bookwalker.jp) to the new store (bookwalker.com). To use the new BookWalker store, you must first migrate your existing BookWalker Global account.
Your old account credentials cannot be used directly until migration is completed.

Please start the migration process using the Account Migration Guide.
