Migrate your BookWalker Global account

Your library, points, and account data are safe

Your data from the old BookWalker Global store has already been copied to the new store.

This includes:

Your library (eBooks and audiobooks)
Your points (including expiring points)
Your subscribed series

*Note: Points from the old store will be converted to coins on the new store. 1 point = 100 coins (1 USD), so the value of your balance will remain the same.

The migration usually takes about a minute. You only need to regain access to your account by transferring your account data.

How did you log in to the old store?

Email login

Use this option if you signed up or logged in with your email address and password.

Migrate using e-mail address

Social account login

Use this option if you logged in using Google, Apple, X (Twitter), or Facebook.

Migrate using migration code

Not sure which option to choose?

Choose email migration if:

You remember the email address used on the old store
You signed up using email and password

You will receive an email with a link to set a password for the new store.

Choose migration code if:

You signed in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or X
You are not sure which email address you used
The email migration option returns an error

You will need to retrieve a migration code from the old store and enter it on the account activation page to complete the migration.

Note: On the login screen, the bookwalker.jp site may indicate the login method you used previously (e.g., Google, Apple, etc.). If you are unsure which login method you used before, please check the highlighted option shown on the screen.

What happens after migration

・Payment methods

For security reasons, you will need to re-add your payment methods on the new platform.

・Payment history

Your previous payment history is not available on the new platform.

・Subscribed series

Once your account migration is completed, your existing series subscriptions will be carried over to the new Auto-buy feature.

With Auto-buy, new volumes or chapters in the auto-buying series will be automatically purchased at the time of release.
Please make sure to purchase coins in advance, as all eBook and audiobook purchases on bookwalker.com are now made using coins.

・Pre-order

Pre-orders from the old BookWalker Global store will not be transferred to the new store.
If you would like to pre-order a title again, please place a new pre-order.

After completing your migration, we will send you an email listing the eBooks and audiobooks you had previously pre-ordered.

Important:

Pre-orders are now charged at the time the pre-order is placed
Payment is made using coins

・Accessing bonus content after migration

Some features differ between the old and new platform, so access to bonus content will be as explained in this article.

・Japanese-language purchases on bookwalker.jp

This migration applies only to your BookWalker Global account.

If you have purchased Japanese-language books on BookWalker Japan (bookwalker.jp), those purchases are not affected and will remain available on the Japan store.
