Migrate your account using a migration code

To migrate your BookWalker Global account to our new platform, please follow the steps below.

1. Log in to your account on the old platform

While the global.bookwalker.jp website has been shutdown, you can still access your account login page and profile for migration purposes.
Click the button below to log in:

Note:
On the login screen, the bookwalker.jp site may indicate the login method you used previously (e.g., Google, Apple, etc.). If you are unsure which login method you used before, please check the highlighted option shown on the screen.

2. Copy your migration code

Once logged in, you will find your migration code on your My Account page.
This code is required to migrate your account.
Please copy the code and keep it ready for the next step.

3. Enter your migration code

Open the sign-in dialog, and choose the “migration code” option at the bottom of the list, or click the button below to proceed:

4. Complete the account activation

After your migration code is accepted:

• Set a new email address and password
• Verify your email address

Once you verify your email address, you should be good to go!
