What is a Pre-order?

A Pre-order allows you to purchase an eBook or audiobook before its official release date.
Once a title is pre-ordered, the purchase is completed immediately, and the book will become available to read automatically on the release date.

・Availability
Pre-order is available on:
– The web store
– In-app stores (Android & iOS)

・Payment Method
Pre-orders can be paid for only with Coins.

・Payment Timing
Payment is processed at the time of pre-order, before the release date.
If you do not have enough Coins, you will be redirected to the Buy Coins page or shown a purchase pop-up to complete the payment.

・How Pre-orders Appear in Your List
After purchase, the pre-ordered title appears in
Library → Upcoming →Pre-ordered Series, listed per volume.

Once the release date arrives, the book will become readable automatically.

・Cancellation
Pre-orders are non-refundable.
