Auto-buy may fail in some cases for the following reasons:
1) Not enough Coins at the time of release
Auto-buy payments are processed only at the time the book is officially released.
If you do not have enough Coins at that moment, the Auto-buy purchase will fail and the book will not be purchased.
In this case:
– The book will not be added to your Library automatically.
– You may receive an email notification.
– You will need to purchase the book manually.
2) Auto-buy was turned off before the release date
If Auto-buy was disabled before the release date either from the Series page or the Auto-buying Series page the automatic purchase will not be processed.
